Feel confident your PPC tracking is set up correctly

The Account Monitor allows you to feel 100% confident that your tracking is set up correctly and that any changes are successfully being picked up by Storm. It does this by allowing you to check that new and updated keywords have been updated with Storm tracking.

It’s vital to check any tracking updates to new or existing keywords have been successful. If any problems have occurred when adding or updating the tracking it may result in some of your keywords not being tracked. This could then lead to reporting on incorrect or incomplete data within Storm. Click here for more information on the account monitor.

Tracking Facebook ads

Want to track Facebook ads through Storm? No problem. Simply set up a PPC traffic source called ‘Facebook’ (click here if you aren’t sure how) and use the ‘cgn’ and ‘kw’ parameters to capture adgroup and keyword respectively.

Your URL will look something like this:

www.dc-storm.com?_$ja=tsid:1234|cgn:Brand-Trainers|kw:Etnies+Trainers

This will allow you to not only see how much traffic your Facebook ads have delivered to your website, but will allow you to attribute sales back to your Facebook campaigns.
